Refund policy

SUITSTILL is committed to providing a comfortable buying experience for our customers. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us by email service@suitstill.com at first.

Cancelling Orders (Before Delivery)
All orders canceled within 2 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.
All orders canceled within 2 to 12 hours will be eligible for a 70% partial refund.

Returns
Within 7 Natural Days - You must return your product within 7days of the product being delivered, if we made the suit wrong.
Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your suit, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank of card, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
